Dee Grosso
Executive Director, Human Resources
Dee joined Insmed in December 2010 in connection with the business combination between Insmed and Transave. Dee joined Transave in 2007 and served as Executive Director, Human Resources. Dee has over twenty years of experience in Human Resources (HR), with a particular emphasis on strategic business planning, staffing, employee relations, organizational development, compensation and benefits, performance management and leadership development. Prior to joining Transave, Dee was the Vice President, HR at Solstice Neurosciences, a start-up biotechnology company where she helped build the company's overall infrastructure, as well as building and leading the HR function. Prior to Solstice, she was a Senior Business Partner at Astra Zeneca as the Drug Development HR Director, a Vice President of HR at Advanta Mortgage & Financial Services, and a Senior Director at IMS Health, formerly owned by Dun & Bradstreet, where she led the HR group for the Consulting, Healthcare, and Direct Marketing divisions. She completed an undergraduate degree in Business from Temple University, and her Master's degree in Organizational Development from the University of Pennsylvania.
